You have 15 days after delivery to notify us by phone or email of
your intent to return or exchange your purchase. We will reply with
a return authorization number and clear shipping instructions for
you. Never ship your rug without our return authorization. You will
be responsible for the full shipping cost for returning the rug to
its original point of origin. Credit card payment will be refunded
after the returned rug is received and inspected and found to be in
“like new” condition.
We cannot offer returns on opened rug pads.
You may also return your rug to the most convenient Rug Decor
store location, but all returns must still be within the 15 day
time period. You will still be responsible for return freight to
the original point of origin, which may not be the store. Credit
card refunds are done centrally and may occur up to two business
days following a return to a Rug Decor store.
We do not charge a restocking fee on any
rug that is returned pursuant to our terms and instructions! Return
shipping cost to the original point of origin will be
charged.
